Brook Construction is proud to announce the signing of a Framework Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Fengling Renewables (FL Renewables) to establish a precast concrete wind turbine tower manufacturing facility in Atlantic Canada.

Signed in Shanghai by Brook Construction President Trent Burden and FL Renewables Chairman Sun Yu, the agreement marks another important step in expanding Brook Construction’s capabilities and partnerships within the emerging wind industry in Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.
This collaboration combines FL Renewables’ expertise in wind energy with Brook Construction’s 35 years of industrial and infrastructure construction experience to introduce a precast concrete wind tower manufacturing capability that does not currently exist in Atlantic Canada.

We are honoured to build this partnership with Chairman Sun and the FL Renewables team, and we sincerely appreciate the support and participation of Mr. Songmin Cho, Vice Consul and Trade Commissioner for the Government of Canada, at the signing ceremony.
Our team continues to engage in technical and operational collaboration in Shanghai as we work toward strengthening the clean energy supply chain in Atlantic Canada.
